Email/Text Notification Settings
This driver supports the ability to send a customized email to an address or addresses.
The emails are sent via SendGrid for a better more consistent experience across devices and mail programs.
4Sight IS NOT required to send emails. You do need a valid internet connection.
If the email includes a snapshot image the driver will automatically collect the snapshot from the IP camera and embed it into the email automatically.
There are three properties used in routing emails to the proper addresses.

By default, Agents will send an email to Service when a major alarm is triggered (water event) or mechanical/zigbee related issue is found.
This property the customers email address. When a message is sent the subject line will come from the property Email: Subject
